Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Nuclear QA/QC Manager in the United States to lead a team ensuring quality across commercial and research activities. The role focuses on QA surveillance, oversight of engineering, testing and related quality tasks, with a strong emphasis on nuclear quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in nuclear quality, relevant engineering or SRO/Nuclear Propulsion background, and knowledge of ANSI/ANS-15.8 and ASME NQA-1 codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field or equivalent experience such as a Senior Reactor Operator License or the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program.
• Minimum 5 years of nuclear quality experience.
• Knowledge of ANSI/ANS-15.8 and/or ASME NQA-1 quality standards.
• Knowledge of ASME, AWS, NEC and ACI codes and standards.
• Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) QC-1 qualification.

• Administer and execute quality surveillance processes and oversee engineering, testing and other quality-affecting activities.
