Job summary

NuVision Engineering is seeking a Project Manager to drive complex engineering and field service projects in the commercial nuclear sector. You will coordinate proposals, schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and quality across multiple concurrent projects.

The role requires direct customer interaction, leadership of field teams and subcontractors, and travel for outages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
• 5 to 12 years of project management experience in technical industries.
• Commercial nuclear industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from proposal development through final contract closeout.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate project reporting and forecasting.
• Lead customer meetings and progress reviews.
