Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working professionally in classified environments.
• Experience supporting nuclear security, deterrence, nonproliferation, counterproliferation, intelligence analysis, or strategic planning.
• Experience collecting, modeling, and interpreting operational, safety, and performance data to inform decision-making.
• Experience studying and evaluating nuclear operations to identify risks, inefficiencies, or opportunities for improvement.
• Knowledge of Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications ( NC3 ) concepts.
• Ability to use tools supporting data analysis, documenting, organizing, and reporting, including database tools such as Excel and SharePoint.
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering, Physics, Nuclear Physics, Chemistry, or Engineering

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and administrative support to USAF and inform policy and strategy discussions.
• Facilitate adaptation of Air Force deterrence strategies in response to evolving threats.
• Capture comprehensive records of discussions and strategic decisions during forums.
• Support the nuclear deterrence and integration initiatives during heightened operations.
• Ensure safe, compliant operation and governance of nuclear facilities, programs, and policies.
