Job summary

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a 2- or 4-year program, pursuing Nuclear Technology or related engineering fields, and ready to obtain unescorted access to the facility.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year institution pursuing a relevant degree.
• Must have a U.S. Driver’s License and be able to obtain unescorted access.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monitoring of plant systems and processes to ensure safe, smooth operations.
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to optimize plant performance.
• Assist in preparation and review of operational logs and reports for regulatory compliance.
• Support implementation of safety and quality assurance procedures within the plant.
• Observe and participate in maintenance activities, identifying safety and operations improvements.
• Participate in preparation for scheduled maintenance outages and system testing.
• Assist with troubleshooting operational issues to ensure equipment functions within parameters.
