Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Nuclear Pharmacy Driver in the Houston area to deliver radiopharmaceuticals and oncology medications to medical care providers. You will prepare doses for shipment, scan orders with a handheld tablet, and ensure safe loading/unloading of containers on an assigned route.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Local travel and potential overtime are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Prior delivery driving experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage weight up to 75 pounds.
• May require vendor credentialing.
• Comfortable driving in all weather conditions day or night.
• Comfortable working in a nuclear environment.
• Basic proficiency in English, reading and writing to process documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and makes deliveries to customer accounts on assigned route using a company vehicle (non-CDL).
• Packages radiopharmaceutical medication for shipment, performs testing, and loads/unloads containers.
• Uses a handheld tablet to scan orders for accuracy and navigation.
• Processes packages returned from customer locations.
• Maintains vehicles in proper working condition and performs minor repairs.
• Performs general facility cleaning and other duties as required.
