Job summary

TXU Retail Services Company is seeking a Consulting Operations Training Instructor for the Beaver Valley Power Station. This role involves developing and conducting accredited Operations training, applying the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT), and maintaining training materials across various settings.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in Operations Training within the nuclear sector, and must have strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Operations or Operations Training in the nuclear industry.
• Westinghouse PWR experience strongly preferred.
• Holding or having previously held an RO or SRO license or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct Operations training for accredited licensed operating training programs.
• Apply the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) process for implementing training.
• Interact professionally with other departments to ensure quality training.
