Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or a High School diploma with 6 years related work experience in a technical area.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to work across functions and with external industry collaborators.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the calendar; coordinates meetings and schedules conference rooms and equipment for the group supported.
• Maintains departmental files and transmits and records documentation.
• Gathers, compiles and summarizes information for special projects and conducts studies as required.
• Performs analysis and evaluation of data and performance of systems, equipment, and programs within area of expertise.
• Supports evaluation of industry proposals, regulations, and guidelines to determine impact to plant activities and processes.
• Prepare materials and conduct training on standard and new procedures and processes.
• Determine and recommend corrective actions for existing and emerging situations.
• Provides technical subject matter expertise within defined area of expertise.
