Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and under pressure, with attention to detail and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Verify orders, gather clinical history, administer radiopharmaceuticals safely, ensure proper patient identification, review images, respond to emergencies, assist with procedures, and maintain patient privacy and comfort.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and ensure equipment cleanliness and calibration.
• Explain procedures to patients, address concerns, participate in training, and document accurately.
• Maintain quality control by producing acceptable images, transmitting studies, and adhering to regulatory standards.
• Support departmental operations, restock supplies, transport and position patients, perform clerical duties, and take call as needed.
