Job summary

Williamson Health in Tennessee's Williamson Medical Center seeks a Nuclear Medicine technologist to provide high quality nuclear medicine procedures to patients and physicians in a respectful and efficient manner, in a safe and clean environment. Requirements include a Nuclear Medicine diploma or degree, CNMT or NMTCN eligibility, and BLS within 90 days of hire.

Preference for at least one year of hospital Nuclear Medicine experience, though training is available.

Qualifications

• Earned a Nuclear Medicine diploma or degree from a college or university.
• Must be CNMT or NMTCN eligible.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Preference for at least one year hospital Nuclear Medicine experience; willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Check patient identification and physician order for accuracy.
• Ensure patient dignity and safety during exams and transport.
• Operate and support isotope procedures in nuclear medicine.
• Collaborate with staff to provide high-quality imaging services.
• Willing to take after-hours call for STAT studies within 30 minutes.
