Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing seeks an experienced Nuclear Medicine PET/CT technologist for a 12-week contract in Hershey, PA. Schedule: Day shift, Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week, with no on-call, no weekends or holidays.

The ideal candidate holds CNMT or ARRT(N), demonstrates PET/CT proficiency across multiple protocols, and is skilled in IV starts, contrast administration, MEDRAD FDG Injector, and Hot Lab procedures. Expect up to 23 patients/day on a single scanner.

Qualifications

• CNMT or ARRT(N) certification required
• Proficiency in PET/CT procedures utilizing a range of protocols
• Demonstrated recent PET experience
• Expertise with IV starts and administration of both IV and oral contrast
• Skilled with MEDRAD FDG Injector and Hot Lab procedures
• Ability to adapt within a busy department, averaging up to 23 patients per day on a single scanner

• Prepare, perform, and process PET/CT examinations
• Ensure accurate dose preparation and radiation safety
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals and contrasts following established protocols

Job description

Step into a dynamic imaging environment, supporting critical diagnostic services through your expertise in nuclear medicine and PET/CT technology. This contract role offers a chance to work in a fast-paced department renowned for its high patient volume and advanced diagnostic procedures. The assignment spans 12 weeks, with an immediate Tuesday start available.

Schedule & Hours:

• Day shift, Monday through Friday
• Five 8-hour shifts per week (full-time, 40 hours weekly)
• No on-call duty or holiday work

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active CNMT or ARRT(N) certification required
• Proficiency in PET/CT procedures utilizing a range of protocols, including Skull Base to Midthigh, Whole Body, Limited Infection, PSMA, NET, Cerianna, Brain, Amyvid, Sarcoidosis, and Myocardial Perfusion scans
• Demonstrated recent PET experience
• Expertise with IV starts and administration of both IV and oral contrast
• Skilled with use of MEDRAD FDG Injector and Hot Lab procedures
• Ability to adapt within a busy department, averaging up to 23 patients per day on a single scanner

$2,709 - $2,856/WeekEstimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
