Job summary

Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 12-week assignment in Lewiston or Bridgton, ME. The role supports multidisciplinary imaging teams and radiologists, performing and assisting with nuclear medicine procedures and ensuring images are transmitted to PACS.

The ideal candidate holds a state license or ARRT/NMTCB certification, has at least one year of nuclear medicine experience, and current BCLS.

Qualifications

• Current State Nuclear Medicine License issued by CDPH, ARRT or NMTCB certification required.
• At least one year of experience as a nuclear medicine technologist.
• Graduate of an ARRT-accredited program.
• Current BCLS (AHA) required.
• Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic/Fluoroscopic equipment preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.
• One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality imaging.
• Supports the Radiologist during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Performs and assists with nuclear medicine imaging procedures.
• Processes and transmits images to PACS.
