Job summary

Premiere Healthcare Staffing seeks a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform and assist with nuclear medicine procedures, ensure high-quality imaging, and support the radiologist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. The role requires certification and experience in nuclear medicine, with a focus on accurate image processing and PACS transmission.

Responsibilities include collaborative teamwork, radiologic procedure support, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Current State Nuclear Medicine License issued by CDPH, ARRT or NMTCB certification required.
One year of acute, clinical radiology experience preferred.
At least one year of experience as a nuclear medicine technologist required.
Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment preferred.
Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.
Graduate of a program accredited by ARRT.
Current BCLS (AHA) required.

Responsibilities

Works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality imaging
Supports the Radiologist during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
Performs and assists with nuclear medicine imaging procedures
Processes and transmits images to PACS
