Qualifications

• Required: Graduate from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
• Preferred: PET Experience.
• Preferred: Two years of hospital experience as a staff technologist.
• Certifications and Licenses: Must possess a current NJ State license; ARRT and/or NMTCB; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality diagnostic and therapeutic NM procedures on all patient populations.
• Work in the NM section of the Radiology Department with focus on radiation safety.
• Proficiently use PACS and teleradiology; communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and coworkers.
