Job summary

CDL Nuclear Technologies is seeking a Cardiac Nuclear Medicine Technologist with PET/CT expertise to step into a Clinical Accounts Manager role. The position involves overseeing Cardiac PET operations at client sites, supporting startups, and ensuring clinical excellence across mobile and fixed systems.

The ideal candidate will have NMTCB/ARRT certification, 4+ years in Cardiac PET Nuclear Medicine, and willingness to travel throughout the Central United States.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Nuclear Medicine is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Board NMTCB and/or ARRT certification.
  • Minimum 4 years Cardiac PET Nuclear Medicine experience with CT certification.

Responsibilities

  • Support new customer clinical and technical startups.
  • Interface with client administrators, physicians, technologists, nurses, and CDL teams.
  • Ensure smooth clinical operations and technologist competency at Cardiac PET sites.
  • Provide physician training on Cardiac PET technical and clinical aspects.
  • Maintain ALARA radiation safety standards and compliance.

Position Details
  • Job Type: Full-time, salaried role with bonuses
  • Location: Residence in Dallas, College Station, Houston, or surrounding areas.
  • Travel: Required throughout the Central United States
Required Qualifications
  • CT certification preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of Cardiac Nuclear Medicine PET/CT experience

Position Summary

The Clinical Accounts Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient clinical and technical performance of CDL Nuclear Technologies' Cardiac PET customer sites , whether serviced by mobile or fixed equipment. This role is critical to new client startups, ongoing operations, and maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Director of Operations to support new customer clinical and technical startups
  • Interface directly with client administrators, physicians, nuclear medicine technologists, nurses, equipment vendors, physicists, and CDL sales and management teams
  • Ensure smooth clinical operations of Cardiac PET systems and ongoing technologist competency
  • Provide physician training on the technical and clinical aspects of Cardiac PET
  • Ensure adherence to ALARA principles and radiation safety standards
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Operations and Project Managers on assigned accounts
  • Oversee ongoing Cardiac PET laboratory operations to ensure efficiency and staff confidence
  • Support objectives related to patient care, personnel and equipment management, quality assurance, in-service education, and customer satisfaction
  • Serve as a staff technologist for CDL PET and Hybrid accounts as needed
  • Provide regular updates to customers and management on a weekly, monthly, and as-requested basis
  • Deliver ongoing clinical and technical training, including onboarding new client employees
  • Conduct routine site visits to ensure technologist and physician satisfaction
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of CDL business and patient information
  • Assist with training and mentoring of new employees and coworkers
  • Uphold CDL's core objective of delivering the best appropriate patient care
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Associate Degree in Nuclear Medicine required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Board certification through NMTCB and/or ARRT
  • Minimum of 4 years of Cardiac PET Nuclear Medicine experience with CT certification
  • Demonstrated ability to improve work processes and manage complex projects
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and clinical training skills
  • Professionalism and composure when handling conflict, emergencies, and change
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support customer startups, laboratory setup, technologist and physician training, applications training, and clinical workflow education
