Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and administer radioactive drugs to patients, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Operate imaging equipment for PET/Nuclear medicine procedures.
- Maintain imaging equipment and ensure radiation safety protocols are followed.
- Provide quality care and support for patients during imaging studies.
- Assist in patient preparation and positioning for imaging procedures.
- Assist in troubleshooting and maintaining imaging equipment.
- Provide training and documentation as required.
- Monitor radiation safety and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Must be able to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment.
- Monday to Friday; shift times will vary based on need.
Qualifications & Requirements
- NJDEP State License and CPR Certification.
- ARRT(CT) or NMTCB/CT for Fusion Modality.
- ARRT(N) or NMTCB(N) Certification.
- A minimum of two years experience.
- Ability to adhere to all department and facility safety protocols.
- Must be able to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment.
