Qualifications

• CNMT or ARRT(N) certification required.
• Current New York State Department of Health Nuclear Medicine License.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine and hybrid imaging procedures (PET/CT, SPECT/CT).
• Prepare, calculate, order, administer, and document radioactive isotopes per protocol.
• Review physician orders and verify patient identification prior to procedures.
• Educate patients regarding exam preparation and procedural expectations.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety during imaging.
• Complete quality control procedures and maintain equipment standards.
• Ensure radiation safety compliance and ongoing education.
• Collaborate with physicians and imaging team to deliver high-quality care.
