Job summary

Medical City Alliance is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Tech PRN to perform scans and administer radiopharmaceuticals under physician supervision. You will prepare isotopes, position patients, and ensure imaging quality while maintaining safety protocols.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate Degree or related technical training, at least 1 year of NM experience, and ARRT(N) or CNMTB, MRT, plus BLS from an approved vendor. Join a trusted HCA Healthcare network and contribute to patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or technical/vocational training in nuclear medicine or related field.
• Prefer at least 1 year of Nuclear Medicine experience.
• ARRT(N) or CNMTB, MRT, and BLS certification from an approved vendor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare radioactive isotopes for administration per physicians' orders.
• Position patients and assist with immobilization devices.
• Explain procedures to patients and address concerns.
• Administer and record isotope dosage.
• Perform diagnostic studies using scanners to produce organ images.
• Administer therapeutic doses of radiopharmaceuticals under physician direction.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment and monitor safety practices.
• Document patient information using computerized systems.
