Job summary

University of Vermont Medical Center (UVMMC) in Burlington, VT is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform diverse clinical and research studies with a patient-centered team. The role includes weekday hours, rotating call, and opportunities for professional growth.

The candidate will have an accredited Nuclear Medicine degree, ARRT/NMTCB CNMT certification, and Vermont license eligibility; Epic EMR and PET/CT experience are preferred. UVMMC offers a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine program with an associated or bachelor's degree.
• Active ARRT Nuclear Medicine or NMTCB CNMT certification.
• Vermont NM Technologist license or eligibility to obtain license.
• Transcript verification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical and research nuclear medicine tests and procedures (general, cardiac).
• Provide clinical instruction to nuclear medicine students and staff as needed.
• Contribute to policies, procedures, standards and QA for Nuclear Medicine services.
• Hours: Mon-Fri 9am–5:30pm with call coverage; limited weekends.
• Take rotating call (every 12 days) with pay, overtime and shift differentials when called.
