Job summary

Qualifications

• Certification in Nuclear Medicine within 1 year (CNMT).
• NMTCB certification or registration in Nuclear Medicine Technology.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist - Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic studies with Nuc Med and PET/CT equipment.
• Review radiology orders, patient history and medical necessity.
• Screen for pregnancy and perform pregnancy testing when applicable.
• Transfer and verify image data in PACS/RIS for radiologist interpretation.
• Maintain imaging equipment and safe workplace environment.
