Job summary

University Hospital seeks a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform advanced diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of a nuclear medicine physician, applying specialized knowledge gained through training and experience.

You will contribute to the Radiology and Nuclear Medicine team, ensuring safety, accuracy, and timely service, while supporting the guest program. Certification and degree requirements are outlined in the qualifications.

Qualifications

• NMTCB certification, ARRT-N, or equivalent required within one year of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in nuclear medicine or equivalent preferred.
• Texas MRT certification required.
• One year of clinical nuclear medicine experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of technical procedures under the direction of a nuclear medicine physician in the use of unsealed radionuclides for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Contributes to the Radiology and Nuclear Medicine team and promotes the health system’s guest program.
