Job summary

Providence Little Company of Mary Torrance is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform advanced nuclear medicine procedures, process data, and generate images for interpretation. You will work full-time day shifts and contribute to a patient-centered, ethical care team.

Minimum qualifications include AMA radiologic technologist training, NMT/NMTCB certification, and BLS. Prior nuclear medicine experience is preferred but not required for recent graduates.

Qualifications

• Completion of an AMA approved radiologic technologist training program.
• National Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board or equivalent.
• National Registered Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology.
• California Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 6 months experience during the last year, or a minimum of 2 years full-time experience with an absence from nuclear medicine of no more than 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine procedures and assist in image production for interpretation by a licensed practitioner.
