Job summary

Collin College is seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging educator to oversee the clinical partnerships, site procurement, and student placements, while teaching NMMI courses in alignment with syllabi and policies.

You will coordinate the program's clinical education, maintain accreditation readiness with partners, and mentor students to success through advising and ongoing evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Two years of post-certification clinical experience in nuclear medicine.
• Preferred teaching or precepting experience.
• Experience coordinating clinical education.
• Familiarity with JRCNMT accreditation standards.
• Community college teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach NMMI didactic, lab, and clinical courses per syllabi.
• Maintain current instructional materials and teaching methods.
• Support student progression, advising, and retention.
• Coordinate clinical education activities across partners.
• Develop and maintain student rotation schedules.
• Conduct clinical site visits to monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety and radiation standards.
