Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nuclear Medicine Technology.
• Registered with ARRT or NMTCB.
• CPR and BLS certifications required.
• Minimum of three years' experience; two in area of concentration.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and maintain expert clinical and technical skills.
• Explain procedures to patients to reduce anxiety and obtain cooperation.
• Coordinate daily procedure schedules with staff and physicians.
• Maintain safety and radiation protection standards.
• Monitor and improve performance through data collection and involvement in performance teams.
• Ensure proper documentation and billing capture in the Radiology Information System.
