Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an Allied Health Program.
• Experience of 0-2 years preferred.
• Certification as a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB) required.
• BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association is necessary.

• Perform all Nuclear Medicine technical duties.
• Obtain all required documentation and supplies.
• Ensure correct patient information on requests and reports.

The Nuclear Med Tech performs a variety of Nuclear Medicine procedures and is responsible for patient safety protocols. Prepares, measures and administers radiopharmaceuticals for use in diagnostic and therapeutic studies.

• Organizes work area and maintains supplies.
