Job summary

Dominion Energy is seeking a senior supply chain leader to coordinate daily team activities, drive supplier integration, and manage procurement strategy for nuclear-related operations. You will mentor staff, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

The role demands cross-functional collaboration, strategic direction, and 24/7 readiness for critical operations, with a hybrid 3-2 in-office/telework schedule and on-site work as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Nuclear warehousing procedures and methodologies knowledge.
• Knowledge of SAP, Word, and Excel.
• Nuclear Station Work Management processes and Maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of nuclear regulatory requirements (10CFR50 App B, NQA-1, etc.).
• Understanding of Supply Chain roles, objectives, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Develop strategies to achieve department goals and coordinate daily activities.
• Drive supplier integration and manage spend analyses and procurement reviews.
• Provide training on supply chain tools, policies and procedures.
• Monitor and mitigate supply chain risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support nuclear oversight audits and continuous process improvements.
