Job summary

Vistra Nuclear Operations Company in Shippingport, PA, seeks a Supervisory role to guide Maintenance Programs & Technical Support, ensuring safe, reliable plant maintenance and alignment with BVPS goals. You will supervise PdM, planning, training, CAP, and project management teams to drive reliability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• BS degree and 10+ years of experience in the energy sector.
• Advanced knowledge across multiple disciplines and project complexity.
• Experience leading maintenance, planning and training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Predictive Maintenance, Planning, Training, CAP, and Project Management personnel.
• Establish maintenance program strategies that improve equipment reliability and organizational performance.
• Ensure effective planning, scheduling, and execution readiness of maintenance activities.
• Oversee workforce development, qualification, and training programs to maintain technical proficiency.
• Direct corrective action program activities including root cause analysis and resolution.
• Manage projects and improvement initiatives supporting maintenance and operations.
• Monitor and analyze performance indicators for continuous improvement.
• Foster cross-functional relationships with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, quality, and company requirements.
• Promote a culture of safety, reliability, accountability, and operational excellence.
