Job summary

Medix™ is looking for a professional to lead commercial grade dedication activities for a medical isotope facility near Beloit, WI. This role involves managing lab technicians, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and coordinating qualification activities.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of nuclear industry experience, a bachelor's degree, and strong leadership and communication skills. The position offers a competitive salary package ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of nuclear industry experience preferred or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience in commercial grade dedication (EPRI NP5652).
• Strong understanding of nuclear facility principles and operation.
• Knowledge of ASME NQA-1 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the identification and hiring of lab technicians for CGD lab testing activities.
• Ensure staff are adequately trained and meet quality standards.
• Manage work of lab technicians during execution of CGD and qualification plans.
• Provide input for lab budget and maintain equipment purchases.
• Review CGD plans and qualification packages.
• Coordinate qualification activities with installation dates.
• Develop OSDD reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with regulations during dedication activities.
