Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of tube bending/fitting in industrial or nuclear environments.
• Nuclear industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of nuclear safety standards and QA practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and piping diagrams.
• Proficiency with tube bending tools, measuring instruments, and precision equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Tube bending and fitting: fabricate, bend, and install tubing for nuclear instrumentation systems with high accuracy.
• Instrumentation installation: assemble and fit components including valves, gauges, sensors, and control devices.
• System maintenance: perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
• Compliance and safety: follow nuclear industry codes, standards, and site-specific safety procedures.
• Documentation: maintain accurate records of work performed, inspections, and modifications.
• Collaboration: work closely with engineers, supervisors, and other trades to meet project requirements.
