Qualifications

• Minimum five years of related experience with a technical discipline (or two years with a Bachelor's).
• Experience supervising maintenance activities and coordinating with planners/schedulers.
• Favorable medical examination/testing and ability to meet access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise craft personnel to ensure safe and effective maintenance work.
• Coach, mentor and manage performance of assigned employees.
• Communicate effectively with Maintenance Manager and CEC leadership.
• Coordinate with schedulers, planners and engineers for outage activities and work sequencing.
• Support training, procedure revisions and CAP processes to improve work practices.
