Westinghouse Electric Company in Columbia, SC seeks a Fuel Program Manager to act as the primary customer-facing liaison for nuclear fuel contracts from order to delivery. You will balance technical and commercial priorities and coordinate cross-functional teams to maximize contract value and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will report to the Fuel Portfolio Manager and participate in billing, forecasting, and strategic planning while supporting proposal development and contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
• 3 years of experience in program/project management or related field.
• Ability to communicate status and positions to customers and partners.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage nuclear fuel contracts ensuring technical, quality, and delivery requirements.
• Be the primary customer-facing representative for technical and commercial communications.
• Lead fuel delivery execution and coordinate teams to resolve issues and risks.
• Develop billing plans and forecasts to support revenue recognition and EBITDA targets.
• Update financial and planning systems for accurate reporting.
• Monitor customer performance metrics and provide insights to management.
• Maintain knowledge of contracts, fuel products, and work scopes.
• Prepare Job Order Documents for reload projects and support negotiations.
