Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking engineers at Entry Level E01 and Mid-level E02 to support nuclear plant operations.

The roles involve performing engineering tasks under supervision and ensuring compliance with safety analyses, codes, and regulatory requirements. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering across listed disciplines; Mid-level requires 2 years of nuclear or related engineering experience and unescorted access eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical or Nuclear).
• For Mid-level E02 Engineer: 2 years of nuclear or related engineering experience.
• Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering and technical tasks as assigned by supervision applying general engineering principles.
• Assure all engineering products prepared are in accordance with applicable safety analyses, industry codes, and all regulatory requirements.
• Participate in the development and implementation of effective processes and techniques at appropriate levels of detail and in compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Recommend format and methodology improvements to standard processes and procedures.
• All other job assignments and/or duties pursuant to company policy or as directed by management to include but not limited to: Emergency Response duties and/or coverage, Department duty coverage and/or call out, and positions outside of department in support of outage activities etc.
