Job summary

The U.S. Pacific Fleet in Bremerton, WA seeks a Nuclear Engineer to serve as an instructor in Code 2340 within the Nuclear Engineering and Planning Department of PSNS and IMF. You will develop and deliver training programs to meet management objectives and national standards.

Responsibilities include designing curricula, assessing trainee performance, and coordinating instruction with engineering teams. A professional engineering background and ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required;

Qualifications

• Professional engineering degree or equivalent.
• Program must lead to ABET-accredited engineering degree or equivalent.
• Registration as EI/EIT/PE by any state or licensure through other pathways.
• Alternative education pathways acceptable with engineering-related coursework or experience.

Responsibilities

• Design training courses to meet management objectives.
• Deliver instruction as part of Code 2340 within Nuclear Engineering and Planning.
