Job summary

Framatome has a presence in Lynchburg, Virginia, seeking a student engineer to support design and development of engineering solutions. You will analyze systems, assist testing, and help create technical specifications and documentation.

Under supervision, you will begin to independently apply engineering techniques to new tasks. Ideal candidates will show strong problem-solving, clear communication, and a passion for clean energy innovation, with exposure to projects impacting U.S.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS (Junior/Senior), MS, or PhD in Computer Science/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the design and development of engineering solutions.
• Conducting analysis and evaluations of systems and components.

• With guidance, begin to independently evaluate and apply various engineering techniques and procedures.
• Use sound judgment to assist in adapting and modifying standard methods to address new or unfamiliar tasks.
