• 6–10 years of experience managing projects or project tasks within the energy sector.
• Experience coordinating multiple project activities, resources, schedules, and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and maintain project schedules in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects and project tasks from planning through execution and completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
• Track project progress and ensure work remains aligned with established schedules and objectives.
• Coordinate personnel, contractors, materials, and other resources required for successful project execution.
• Work with engineering, construction, operations, and other project teams to resolve issues and maintain project progress.
• Identify project risks, constraints, and potential schedule impacts and assist with developing corrective actions.
• Ensure assigned work complies with applicable safety requirements, project procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to project leadership and stakeholders.
• Support project meetings and communicate schedule, scope, resource, and execution concerns.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained throughout execution and closeout.
