The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3–5 years of nuclear experience, with ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 compliance and valid access requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 3 years of nuclear or related engineering experience.
• Must meet ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 Standard requirements for personnel in nuclear power plants.
• Maintain access requirements and favorable medical examination/testing as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and implement engineering analysis, activities and programs.
• Provide technical consultation to identify and resolve equipment and system problems.
• Manage engineering tasks ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
• Apply engineering principles to tasks assigned by supervision.
• Ensure design criteria, practices and codes are used in plans and specifications.
• Conduct independent research and analyses for projects and programs.
• Recommend equipment and techniques to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Support outage activities and emergency responses as needed.
