This applied engineering and data analysis role offers training in AMS’s OLM methodology and opportunities to contribute to plant safety, reliability, and cost reductions by producing high-quality reports and supporting field data acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sensor measurement data from operating nuclear power plants to evaluate the performance and condition of pressure, level, and flow instrumentation.
• Apply AMS’s OLM methodology to plant startup, steady-state, and shutdown data.
• Use proprietary AMS software tools to organize, process, analyze, and review plant instrumentation data.
• Identify trends, anomalies, data gaps, unusual instrument behavior, and potential instrumentation issues that require further technical evaluation.
• Prepare draft OLM mid-cycle and end-of-cycle reports documenting analysis results, conclusions, and recommended actions.
• Support the preparation of technical information for OLM amenability evaluations, limits reports, drift analyses, noise analyses, and related licensing documentation.
• Review transmitter definitions, plant data, supporting documentation, and analysis inputs for completeness, consistency, and technical accuracy.
• Participate in on-site data acquisition
