Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a cybersecurity engineer to support power plant upgrades and new projects, focusing on planning, organizing, and performing cyber security activities at nuclear facilities.

You will develop design criteria, modify packages, and collaborate with engineers to evaluate proposed changes that improve safety and reliability. Travel to client sites is required; overtime may be necessary.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent required.
• MS in CS/CI/CE and CSS certification preferred.
• Knowledge of cyber security concepts; ability to pass security and drug screening; nuclear access required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, organizing, and preparing cyber security activities for nuclear facilities.
• Develop DA/CDA lists and CDA assessments; perform cyber security walkdowns and testing.
• Present Cyber Security Assessment Team (CSAT) materials and coordinate with engineers on modifications.
