Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking an Enterprise Governance Analyst to support AF/A10’s nuclear and NC3 governance forums.

You will structure information, issues, and actions to enable senior leaders to make informed decisions across nuclear sustainment and command‑and‑control activities. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in program analysis or governance, plus an Active Secret or TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, public policy, international relations, engineering, systems engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in program analysis, governance support, or staff work in a headquarters, MAJCOM, joint, or enterprise IT/C2 environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce clear, senior‑level briefing materials, summaries, and decision products.
  • Active Secret or TS/SCI clearance, with comfort working on nuclear or NC3 topics.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare agendas, read‑ahead packages, talking points, and briefing materials for governance meetings and senior leader engagements.
  • Track issues, decisions, and action items across nuclear and NC3 forums; maintain accurate and current status information.
  • Capture discussions and synthesize stakeholder inputs into clear summaries and decision‑support documents.
  • Coordinate with technical, policy, and program staff to ensure issues, decisions, and actions are properly reflected and followed through.
  • Maintain governance calendars, action trackers, knowledge bases, and document repositories to preserve context and institutional memory.

The SLA Analysis Group’s mission is to deliver objective analyses, plans and strategies to US Navy, US Marine Corps, USAF, other DoD, and Australian Defence Force clients to support technology development, acquisition, delivery and sustainment decisions. The group provides the core of SPA thought leadership on Undersea Strategy, Software Development and Cost Estimating, with additional benchmark capabilities in AI/ML & Decision Analytics, Modeling and Simulation, and Future Force Assessments.

SPA has a need for Enterprise Governance Analysts to support AF/A10’s nuclear and NC3 governance forums. These analysts help structure information, issues, and actions so senior leaders can make informed decisions across nuclear sustainment, modernization, and command‑and‑control enterprise activities.
