Mavis Tire is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians for our Bowie, MD area centers. Start with paid training, learn our proven processes, and enjoy guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period, up to $800, in addition to base pay.

No experience needed; base pay is negotiable and weekly bonuses apply to every service. You’ll install tires, perform rotations, balancing and repairs, contributing to safe, reliable customer service and career growth with a national leader.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Be able to work 5 days each week.
• Paid training provided to teach processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services (rotations, balancing, repairs) to keep vehicles safe.
• Provide best-in-class service while earning on weekly incentive programs in addition to base pay.
