Mavis Tire is hiring full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis at our Manassas, VA centers. No experience is required; we provide paid training and you’ll learn through our proven processes while earning weekly bonuses.

You’ll install tires, perform rotations and balancing, and help customers stay safe on the road. The role offers a negotiable base hourly rate plus guaranteed weekly bonus payments up to $800 during the introductory period.

Qualifications

• NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED; paid training provided.
• Must be able to work 5 days per week.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services (rotations, balancing, flat repairs).
