Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an NSX Administrator in Harrisburg, PA (Hybrid) for a 3-month contract. The role focuses on design, deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of VMware NSX environments to ensure stability, security, and performance of the virtual network infrastructure.

You will collaborate with security, systems, and network teams, develop automation, and document topology and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong experience administering VMware NSX-T in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter.
• Experience with automation using PowerShell/PowerCLI, Python, or REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and administer VMware NSX-T environments.
• Manage micro-segmentation and network security.
• Perform maintenance and lifecycle management of NSX components.
• Monitor NSX health, performance, and logs.
• Troubleshoot overlay networks and integrations with physical networks.
• Collaborate with network, server, and security teams for deployments.
• Document topology, SOPs, and configuration records.
• Implement automation to improve efficiency.
• Provide on-call escalation support.
