Job summary

A leading yoga studio in Daytona Beach is seeking a motivated individual for a sales role. The ideal candidate will excel in driving membership growth, supporting the student experience, and building community relations. Responsibilities include prospecting for new students, managing in-studio engagement, and achieving sales targets. Previous sales experience is preferred. The role offers a competitive compensation package including free memberships, health insurance, and a hybrid work option.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in subscription products.
• Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga values: Gratitude, Optimism, Team Player.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays and travel for events if needed.
• Team player with a proactive, entrepreneurial attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new and existing students to facilitate CPY experience.
• Drive brand awareness through events and relationship building.
• Accountability for hitting membership goals each month.
• Support and build in-studio and market engagement and activations.
• Drive brand awareness through events and relationship building with local businesses and partners; identify new opportunities.
• Know top students/VIP members and deliver high-level hospitality.
• Maintain marketing materials; replenish flyers and referral cards.
• Communicate effectively with Field Leadership and Studio Support Center Leadership.
• Hit goals and retain members monthly.
• Own the student experience in the studio; assist with New Student Packets.
• Learn and use POS system; train instructors to sell using the systems.
• Represent and be an ambassador for CorePower Yoga brand.
• Be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs; work in-studio or events.
• Embody CorePower Yoga values: Gratitude, Optimism, Teamwork, Deliver Results.
