Job summary

Saint Luke's Hospital in Kansas City, MO is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit (NSICU). This full-time night-shift role offers a 36-hour schedule and opportunities to work with intensivists, NPs, and respiratory therapy.

You will provide patient-centered care, coordinate plans of care, supervise care tasks, and ensure exceptional outcomes. Must have Associate Degree in Nursing and BLS certification; RN license in good standing.

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of applicable experience.
• Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• RN - Nursing licensure and credentialing as required.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for utilizing the nursing process and supervising other patient care staff.
• Coordinate the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consult with other members of the health care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide patient-centered care with compassion and empathy and ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
