Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking an experienced registered nurse to coordinate the delivery of quality nursing care across the patient lifecycle and oversee shift operations. You will communicate care needs and staff concerns to leadership and serve as a clinical resource on the unit.

The role requires Georgia RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and PALs, with ongoing certification advancement. 1 year hospital experience is expected, with 2+ years preferred. On-site position with a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program is required.
• RN licensure in Georgia and BCLS required.
• Advanced/ specialty certifications as specified (see addendum) and ACLS/PALS are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of quality nursing care for patients across the lifecycle.
• Provide clinical care as needed when census demands.
• Communicate patient care and staff concerns to leadership.
