Alluvionic is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the NSF TIP Directorate, Logistics and Operational Support contract in Alexandria, VA. This contingent role requires US citizenship and a security clearance. The position is on-site in Alexandria with telework options.

The role handles meeting, panel and event execution, budgeting, venue coordination, and development of promotional materials for events. Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Administrative experience with meeting/panel/event execution and support.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support for meetings, panels, events and proposals.
• Coordinates venues, lodging, catering, travel and scheduling.
• Supports budgeting, planning processes and reporting for events.
• Develops event materials, agendas, invitations and promotional content.
• Coordinates with vendors, attendees and speakers.
• Manages on-site logistics and post-event follow-up.
