Children’s Home & Aid is looking for Therapists in Bloomington, IN to provide behavioral health services to families involved in the Illinois child welfare system. You will engage with parents and children through targeted interventions in various settings, utilizing a personalized treatment approach.

Therapists and Counselors are supported in obtaining and maintaining clinical licensure through in‑house clinical supervision and reimbursement for licensure fees. We also offer advanced trainings such as Play Therapy, Child Parent Psychotherapy, Nurturing Parent Program, Trauma‑Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and other relevant training, as well as opportunities to collaborate with community partners to expand your professional network.

Therapists in our Family & Community Behavioral Health Programs provide Nurturing Parent Program (NPP) and/or Child‑Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) interventions to parents and children involved in the Illinois child welfare system. As a NPP‑CPP Therapist, you will provide individual, family, and group interventions in homes, offices, and community locations, targeting individualized, collaboratively developed treatment plan goals. Therapists also coordinate services with other providers, develop referral plans, and complete thorough, timely documentation, including assessment and service notes, using a web‑based client services platform.
