Aivres in Milpitas, California, is seeking an NPI Test Engineer to join our hardware-focused team. You will lead new server product testing, write and train SOPs, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize test plans to improve pass-through rates.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering, 3 years of server/storage testing experience, and familiarity with test automation and PLM systems (Agile) are required. Mandarin/English bilingual skills are a plus.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
3 years related experience in server and storage products area are highly preferred.
Experience in testing, software development, coding on test scripts experience is preferred.
Bilingual in both Mandarin and English is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Be responsible for server new product test and import, completing specifications and procedures for new products through working with the NPI team.
Take in charge of server test SOP writing and training production employees on test processes.
Drive test abnormal analysis and solution, doing troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis.
Prepare optimizing the product test plan, and make sure the analysis of the pass-through rate is improved.
