Job summary
Bruker is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Santa Barbara, CA, to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining engineering projects. The ideal candidate will possess a BS in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering and a deep understanding of NPI processes and DFx techniques.
The role includes creating progress reports, supporting cross-functional teams, and designing production improvements among other duties.

Qualifications
- Experience leading NPI projects and contributing value.
- Experience with creating and maintaining BOM structures.
- Experience in writing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
- Ability to work in a Clean-room environment.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support cross-functional NPI teams.
- Create and present progress reports for projects.
- Design, develop and test production improvements.
- Solve end-of-life issues and find alternative components.
- Support cost reduction activities and improve processes.
