Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an NPI Program Manager in Mossville, IL to lead multi-functional projects across sites. You will coordinate resources, track progress and costs, influence staffing, and communicate with customers to manage expectations.

This onsite role requires up to 20% travel and five days on site weekly. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and experience with NPI methodologies, strong planning and program-management skills, and a proven ability to drive complex
