As an NPI Operations Project Manager, you will lead cross ‑ functional teams driving transformative programs with industry ‑ leading talent. You will own scope, schedule, cost, and change management. You will drive operational readiness, product quality, and manufacturing excellence across global teams, with opportunities to grow into Senior Project Manager and Program Manager roles. The base salary range for this role is $130,700-$209,000. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
